Proud to be representing @beyondsport at our inaugural #BeyondSportUK event in partnership with @sport_england ~ brining together sport, business, charity, government & more to debate & collaborate on how sport can change lives & tackle some of the UK’s most pressing issues ~ now we hear from Muslim Girls Fence on how they’re using #fencing to break down barriers of faith, gender & more
This weekend took me down a new training path, one that I’ve never done before until now ~ 32 miler on fri, followed by a 10 miler today. I’m so chuffed I managed to complete 42 miles in less than 48 hours.. hopefully bodes well for my fitness for the @penllynultras 2 weeks today. 50 miles straight here I come 😱🏃🏼‍♀️🤮
Better futures are made by sport... excited to see what this new campaign brings to the world of sport 🥎 🏀 🎾 @_madebysport
When you bring people together through sport, great things happen. Was humbled to attend the @fightforpeace dragons den event on behalf of @beyondsport tonight, using boxing to stop violence & give young people a fighting chance to improve their lives. Some powerful stories & business pitches were told tonight, best of luck to all these young entrepreneurs 🥊💡🙌🏽
