Thereโ€™s some days where you just pinch yourself in your job. Today weโ€™ve been filming in rural wales with @rickyhitmanhatton ~ talking openly & honestly about mental health, sport & business & how we can all work together to continue conversations & support in this area. Lucky me ๐Ÿ€ getting to work in Sport to raise awareness of such important issues
We made it, 450kms from London to Paris ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿ† @jono_mark @kieronramsayphotography

Day 2 done โœ… Calais > Thoix via Amiens for some grub. A breezy 9 hours on the bike with the last hour in the dark at total of 185km in wind, rain & sunshine. What a day & experience with these two delinquents! Next & final stop Paris tomorrow ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿ’ฏ@jono_mark @kieronramsayphotography
